Name:
Luis E. Moya D.
Instrument: Drums
Birth: January 22nd, 1974
Joined Poema Arcanvs in: Year 2000
Other bands you’ve played in: Underneath, Aseidad, Golgotha (Chile) and some other projects as a session drummer.
Reason to choose your instrument: When I was 6 or 7, I wanted to play music so I started studying some basic keyboards and guitar. It was ok to me but I quit early because I always ended up hitting something anyway... improvised drumkits or just did air drumming the whole time along with songs. At that time I was also shocked when I saw Alex Van Halen performing live on TV surrounded by a tremendous drumkit! ...so I started self taught.

Name:
Juan Pablo Vallejos Rojas (Hueso)
Instrument: Bass guitar
Birth: May 29, 1981
Joined Poema Arcanvs in: August 2006
Other bands you’ve played in: Loco Insane, Heretics, Ashes, Trimegisto, I.D.N.
Reason to choose your instrument: When I was a kid I always listened to comments such as “Bass isn’t even heard, the bass player is the worst musician in a band, bassists are the lamest performers, anybody can play bass”. With the intention to revert those sentences more with facts than with words, I asked my older sister to buy me a bass not even knowing that it was needed an amp for the instrument to sound. I didn’t have a better idea than plugging the bass into my home’s stereo back then (a Samsung model Vip 500). WOW! The bass sounded and distorted. Not even being able to play a single note, I spent whole afternoons mimicking Jerry Only and Jason Newsted, until some friend came with a cassette of The Exploited. It was time for learning to make the bass sound.

Favourite album: “Nothingface” - Voivod
Favourite movie: Saving Private Ryan
Favourite book: I’m a very bad reader … with luck I read the headlining on the newspapers that hang in the kiosk at the corner of the street.
